Great tasting food & drinks. It's a quiet library vibe during a week day. It's pricey, definitely go for workspace not the actual drinks/food because it's super high prices. Food & coffee for two was $32. Astronomical.

I haven’t been down this way for coffee, so today was a first! Parking was not bad at all, there are street parking spots (pay attention to time limits) and spaces in front/behind Common Grounds (I have included a picture of the parking map). When we reached the front door, another customer stood up to hold the door for me since I had the stroller. That was so kind! The barista was also helpful, all I had to do was mention what flavor I had a hankering for and she recommended what I should try. I wanted something with a little cinnamon, so I went with the Charlie Brown Mocha. I ordered it iced, half caf with oatmilk. It was delicious! This coffee shop is perfect for relaxing, working on your laptop, or meeting with a friend. There is no loud music playing which is refreshing, you can actually hear your conversation. Thank you, Common Grounds for a wonderful visit!
Such a cool spot! (๑ºัᗜºั) I came in on a whim while I was out running errands in Ft. Worth, and now I can't wait to go back. It's definitely the most spacious coffee shop I've ever been to -- you'll never have to worry about coming in and not being able to find a comfy place to sit, haha.
Stopped in to try and new coffee place. This is the tcu area so I will start off by saying it’s def a busy area and the parking situation is absolutely ridiculous! For students it’s great, especially if they’re walking here but with a car, it’s a no for me. I was so frustrated after driving around for about 5 mins that I was ready to just skip stopping here. Last minute, I found a parking couple blocks away and I was invested at this pint so walked in the rain to the shop. On a normal day, that’s acceptable, in the rain, a little frustrating. I have known too many to be towed from this area if you park in a lot that is not for this business and even if it was only 5 mins, I was not willing to risk getting towed. This is a very different and cool setup. Definitely targeted for students and there is a stage for events that must take place - loved it. Staff was friendly and I was greeted immediately and order taken. Ordered a No Bull - it was not crazy busy and ready pretty quick. Was flavored well but a little on the sweeter side for me. I may take another stab at another drink sometime but definitely when I have more time and it’s not raining.
Love the coffee menu here! The secret sauce is amazing, whatever it is. Inside is huge with a stage for live music and tons of tables. Beautiful, just lots of people.
PARKING TYRANT! Beware the parking lot across the street, it is actively watched for any who might ignore the signs and leave their car there while grabbing a coffee. I narrowly avoided getting a boot after parking there for two minutes, and only by reparking my truck two blocks away. Coffee is great, service is pleasant, and the atmosphere is chill and comfy!
Loved the ambience here. There is a lot of space for people to work or study. There’s also a stage where they have live events and an upstairs area for more room. I got the Carmel crunch latte and it was delicious! Staff is friendly and place is very clean. I recommend coming here for a work/study day.
The crud muffin was amazing. The pesto pastry was ok. Of the 3 drinks, liked the cowboy cafe the best. For the chocolate Florentine you have to mix it yourself. Tip: parking can be scarce.
This place has pretty nice vibes. The staff are chill, the chairs and tables are comfortable, the potato breakfast tacos are solid, the bathrooms are clean. My only gripe (which is a big one) is where can I park? I’d like to see them lease the lot across the street that is empty 90% of the time. If there’s no parking up front (30 min limit), you basically have to get lucky and find street parking. Doable when schools out, but not so much when TCU comes back. I’d go more often, but when I can’t find parking, I just leave.

I got the southern gentleman which was a cold brew and their house syrup. It was so good I’m thinking about it 2 days later! I also managed to get some work done here too. Several tables and open seating, some with outlet access and some without. Parking was hard, I recommend street parking on the main road instead of turning into the small street its on.
Superb coffee and a friendly staff enhance this spacious coffee lounge with it’s industrial vibe! It also boasts a (semi) outdoor patio. Perfect spot for getting work/school done.
